From 3D inspection, dimensional inspection, and jig confirmation to comparisons with CAD. At RDS, we are developing various measurement services using three-dimensional measuring machines. Additionally, we have extensive experience in reverse engineering, such as the measurement of manufactured clay models and creating highly accurate 3D CAD data. Together with this, we endeavor to improve our facilities to raise product quality, such as by searching for foreign substances mixed into materials such as carbon using ultrasonic flaw detection inspection machines. This is an indispensable process to guarantee RDS’s high level of technological ability which in turn gives our customer’s peace of mind.
